Oialla 72% is based on wild Beniano cocoa beans and is the first of the Oialla chocolates. We worked with taste and consistency for years before coming up with a balance that we were happy with, without compromising our goal of making a pure chocolate on just cocoa beans and sugar. The 72% is the classic in our collection, with a soft, exquisite taste and terrific “snap” to it.
