Oialla 78% is the deeper, darker version of the original Oialla chocolate. The difference lies in the 6% lower sugar content and a slightly different roasting process, which makes room for a deeper, darker cocoa flavor. Taste notes are reminiscent of blackberry, prunes and other red stone fruit. Use Oialla 78% whenever you want a deep, intense and dominant chocolate flavor.
